Other than access to carry out the inspection, the complaint focused on 3 aspects: 1) the external light we asked for clarification over working (2) an unconnected cable under the fridge freezer (3) a socket not visible.

The introduction pages have been removed and soome external photos have been blanked out for anonymity for the customer. This is so that no identifying features of the house in question are in the report. This is a decision we made to ensure customers remained confident in our service. Whilst the Pre Completion Inspection does not allow us to go into as much detail as a Snagging Survey, we feel the job was carried out professionally.
