Fundamentals Advantage: A concise list your builder will treat seriously

If you have moved in to your new-build a while ago (in our experience, 9+ months ago), there is no point at this stage raising minor cosmetic issues and any issue such as damage that we would typically raise in our Snagging Survey.

Your builder needs a report at this stage that clearly defines what the main issues are that are out of tolerance or Building Regulations etc. They may otherwise not treat the report seriously if it raises issues they are likely to dismiss. This is where our expertise and refined process comes in.
