It is no secret that the workmanship of new-build houses is often poor. Trades are rushed, under-skilled or just don’t care. A Snagging Survey will identify these issues and yet it is often the same trades that will re-attend to fix their own shoddy work!

With this in mind, it is important to check their workmanship to repair is done correctly. In some instances the attempted repair can make the original snag worse! Whilst you will be able to check that the obvious snag have been fixed, some of the more complex snags will need a professional to check.
