Pre Completion Inspection (PCI’s):
Please ensure permission has been granted by the site and we are aware of access arrangements. We cannot guarantee a specific time of arrival due to other surveys and traffic etc. If provided with site contact details, we will endeavour to notify them with our ETA on the day or beforehand. With PCI’s we will not need to make contact with you to confirm our arrival, however please keep an eye on your phone on the day in case we encounter any access issues.
Post Completion Inspections (Snagging / Fundamentals Surveys):
Where you will be home, the surveyor will typically contact you the day before the appointment to confirm their ETA
Once we have carried out the inspection, the remaining balance will be processed automatically using the same card details used to pay this deposit. Once cleared, the report will be sent to you via email. Card details are securely processed directly via the payment gateway Stripe: we do not hold any of these on our systems. If you need to amend your payment method for the full balance, please let us know.
